Good afternoon...I hope that you are getting some cardio exercise. Once again, the cardio exercise is not just about losing weight, it is about getting healthy and for me, if weight loss comes with it, I'll take it. If you have started your cardio exercise regimen, let's keep it going and let's step it up. If you are now doing 30 minutes, the next time try 33 minutes. That's right 33 minutes...We are NOT going to try to overdo things, get exhausted, quit, and derail all that we have been doing. Slow and steady wins THIS race...
