Will You Be Obese, too?

Good evening, People...  How's everyone?  It's just little ol' me checking up on you.  Can anyone say, "my arms hurt"?  Yes, I have been getting my arm exercises in and added some shoulder and chest exercises as well.  I sure hope you are still in the challenge and IF you fell off, you better get back into it.  Remember, if you fall off, get yourself together and get back on it...You only fail, if you don't try.  Heather, CurlyGurl, Bombshell, keep it going!!!

Did you all see the latest report that states, by the year 2030, yes in the next 18 years, 42% of our population will be OBESE and 11% will be super obese.  Now, that is too sad.  It's really sad when you remember that quite a few of our medical problems are associated with being overweight, which means not only will we be OBESE, but we will be UNHEALTHY and have major MEDICAL issues, too...  Are you obese? Are you overweight?  You do realize that they are two different things?  Obesity is gauged by BMI, Body Mass Index.  Check out the CDC website, and CHECK out YOUR BMI as well as the CDC's healthy suggestions...

Food for thought:  Please make sure you are staying hydrated.  Water, water, water...  A few posts back, I suggested  that you try one fruit or vegetable you never had before, in an effort to expand your food choices.  I TRUST you did, so let's try another.   Have you ever had broccoli rabe?  Family have you ever tried star fruit?  I'm just asking..
Smooches...
