My running group runs M, W, Sat & Sun usually from the Western Y on Kirkwood Highway. We started out walking also. We are now up to an average of 5 miles per day and 7 or more on Sundays.
Some of us do Body Pump (weights) M (6 am) and Sat (6:50 am) mornings at Western Y. If you are interested, get my number from Lynn.
Went to step class today and got a good work-out in. Haven't started my food diary but it's coming. Since I gave up meat including chicken, I'm trying to find other high protein super foods that I like. Currently, I'm on the quinoa kick.....love it! Very high in protein and easy to prepare. Tomorrow it's zumba and step!!!!! until then.
