Good news, Bad news

     Good afternoon...I know all is well with you because you are all out there trying to do the healthier thing right now.  Well, my good news is I officially signed back up with Weight Watchers, the bad news is I sprained my foot last night while out at open mic and am having a hard time walking around.  (Don't ask!!!)  Injury is a dilemma we have to battle.  What do you do if you get hurt--pull a muscle, break a leg, have surgery?  Most important, is you have to give your body chance to heal.  Every situation will be different and everyone's body will respond differently, so you have to do what works for you.  Trust me, your body will tell the tale.  In my case, I am going to give this foot as much rest as I can, but I still have to go to work and walk around, oh so gracefully, I might add... I will venture out in a couple of days and see how it feels...Wish me luck...




     Have you started that food diary, yet?  If not, let's start on Sunday, together...Smartphone owners, download a calorie counting app, non-smartphone owners, get that small notebook so we can get started!!!

     Hope you are keeping up with your water intake--think hydration, hydration, hydration...
