Good morning...I have been at this thing for about 2 weeks. I have dropped 3 little pounds, but that's OKAY, I will take it...Just want to encourage you all to get up and get started if you haven't done so and to those who have, KEEP IT GOING!!!
Remember to pick up a small notebook to use for a food diary. Now, if you have a smartphone, you may want to use one of the many apps that is available or you just may want to do the tracking online. The soul purpose of a food diary is accountability... I will get back with you later today on the how's and why's of this food tracking...
3 pounds! Not too shabby Aunt Sasha... I'm trying to get down to my license weight (lol), so I'm with you. This blog is an awesome idea... Yesterday, I did 45 minutes interval training. Tonight I did 30 minutes Bollywood Dance cardio.

License weight? Whew, I don't even remember what mine says, and I am not looking--at least not today. Keep up the good work...I couldn't do anything tonight, my knee is banging with pain, but tomorrow, I am going in...Ibuprofen and ice here I come!!!
